Hey babe a tip you can try is lay a thin layer like a slip layer down first don't cure it the take the next layer and build your nail cure and add another layer if you need too but that 1st slip layer will help glide the gel down the nail for you:) hope this helps momma:)

Try using a slip layer before going in with your building bead. The gel will melt into the slip layer so there is no need to bother with the sides, it will all blend together. It will make your gel experience so much easier!! 💯 Let me know if it helps!

The set came out so cute friend! I’ve been wanting to try Lisette’s products since she launched but I never took the plunge. The hard gel consistency looks sooo good. Btw You can flip the nails upside down before you cure. Gravity will pull the gel to the center of the nail and should help make them less bumpy. I’ve been using ibd gel to encapsulate polygel and it is so much easier to get smooth. It’s cut my file time wayyy down

When u say "eew smells like alcohol " all i can think about is the video where lisette was like huffing the bottle of cleanser & telling us about it & she was sniffing the bottle and the lint free wipe like 10 times, taking these long deep breaths like the lady does to the curtains in those old febreeze commercials. Going on and on about how much we will love the scent of her nail cleanser 😂😂 Love lisette so much but i had to laugh when u said *instant regret* omg 😂😂 and all i could see in my head was her sniffing the wipe over & over...lol

Hold your mail downward and upside down to let gravity level the gel out then it won’t be lumpy.

You should have made a slip layer first just lightly paint the whole nail with the gel and then go over with the gel a second time. The slip layer let's the gel know where u want it to go
