Yes there is no money refund However you can exchange with another product Also i have so many products from Littlebox ,some of them are not that much good but also some of them are really good according to the price & style.

I disagree, the exchange is just once for size. And I ordered a lot of products ranging from slippers to clothes, I found them to be of really bad quality also according to the summer weather the clothes are just unacceptable.

Yes it says on the app You can exchange only once They have to update their policy.
