Argh you’re making me want to order from farfetch but I had such a bad experience with this website. I ordered shoes and they sent me the wrong size so I had to return them BUT they refused to refund me the shipping fees although the error did not come from me. Nothing not even a commercial gesture like a discount code or free shipping on my next order. When I started to mention that I wanted a refund they simply stopped responding me. The customer service was awful. Oh and also, I payed astronomical importation fees because I live in Switzerland so I ended up spending almost the shoes’ price without even getting them because they messed up some orders🙂

Whatttt, that’s insane you should email them again, I have had help from customer service (they had absolutely no idea that I was actually working with them) and they refunded me one order the moment dhl confirmed the return because it was held in customs. Super super nice. You must have had someone not really interested in helping you, I would report. I’ve ordered from Farfetch since 2018 and it’s always been good 🙁

It was maybe just an employee that’s had a really bad day and wasn’t willing to deal with my problems 😂 I think what annoyed me the most is that it was a limited edition and that I never found these shoes in my size ever again!
