Special thanks to my 37 active subscribers. Love yall Q: Why not TAS all stars? Or do a full game run? Or a 70-Star run or something? A: #1 - I'm lazy. Did not feel like planning and routing all of that. Especially all the 100 Coin Stars and RNG. No thanks. This video was originally supposed to be like 3-4 minutes..... max. Didn't realize so many of these stars would be beaten so quickly though. #2 - The camera in this ROM Hack made almost half of these courses unbearable to TAS. I enjoyed some of these stars, and genuinely hated every second of others, because of the camera freaking out and going haywire. #3 - Some stars are impossible to collect. #4 - Some stars had similar routes and movement to the 120 Star TAS. I decided not to show these, as I'm sure many people have already seen them before. Q: Why is the camera freaking out? A: Kaze Emanuar Q: Which stars are impossible? A: It is impossible to enter Wiggler's Cave in Tiny-Huge Island, meaning you cannot collect the Red Coin Star, or fight Wiggler. It's also impossible to enter the Igloo in Snowman's Land, meaning you cannot collect the star "Into the Igloo" or get the 100 Coin Star, as there are 89 Coins outside the igloo. Money Bag duplication was an option, but so was not doing that. Q: Why are these stars impossible? A: Mario's hitbox too big. After entering those warps, the first idle frame he has, also has his hitbox touching the warp, causing him to immediately warp back out, putting him in a warping softlock. Unless you can somehow spawn displace yourself in and out of these areas, they are impossible. But what do I know? Q: Why show stars that have routes and methods that are slower than the 120 Star TAS? A: Originally, I didn't want to, but I figured that it would be interesting to show that even though Mario's increased size allowed for many stars to be collected much faster, it also increased the difficulty and reduced the feasibility of many other stars. Q: Why are there no swimming stars? I like swimming stars and enjoy watching them. Where is JRB and DDD? A: Gross. Q: Bret, these runs are clearly unoptimized... What the heck?!? Thanks! And most definitely it can. Finishing the race, and staying a certain distance away from Koopa during the Race would make him reach the pole sooner. I just wanted to have fun with the freerun during the time being, so I didn't really care about finishing the star fast. I just wanted to make it as entertaining as I could. This was also my first and only attempt at this star since I wasn't entirely sure I'd have enough time to finish the race in the first place, while collecting the 100 Coin star. But I was off by a lot lol. I just didn't feel like redoing everything either since TASing this hack with the camera acting up was quite annoying. But yeah to answer your question, that star can be improved by at least 30 seconds.

I saw you attaching the camera sometimes in different places to show what is actually appening around Mario and the stars. I guess doing the TAS while the camera is acting like this is really hard!
