Rate cuts mean nothing to homebuyers here in AZ. Buyers stopped buying because the UNAFFORDABLE COST of the house! Wages here simply cannot sustain the asking prices, and even if rates go down, all that does is hold up the high prices, or elevate them some more, keeping the majority buyers out of the market.

Rents are insane now in the dmv area and home prices are near a million in northern Virginia so plan on moving somewhere else for affordable housing
