I like your idea for the thing you freeze & want to use on your neck. I have 5 vertebrae fused 12 yrs ago & Boy are hurting now. I've tried heat & ice and ice is my choice. Hope I find 1. Great haul!!

That Ice Roller is nice. My massage therapist uses one on me so I bought one off Amazon for home use. It looks exactly like the DT and cost a whole lot more! It does freeze solid so it is a shock to your system with the first swipe. After that, it gets better. Should work perfectly for your neck. I use on my IT band issues in my leg/hip.

I’ve used the lemon scented dishwasher freshener. I’ve done six loads so far and its lemony scent is still pretty strong. It’s worth the buy.
