As per the IOC Olympic rules for breaking in 2017 and 2023 Everyone that competed at both of the Olympic breaking events were required by the IOC to be members of WDSF if they wished to be eligible to compete at both of the Olympics breaking events. This is also why WDSF have world ranking scores for breaking dating back several years. This factual information is posted on the Olympics and the WDSF websites.
