When I was recovering, buying food a little at a time (and not buying anything I'd feel bad about eating), really helped. Having all kinds of garbage available to snack on is a bit like making things super hard for yourself (or not really committing to recovery). Best Wishes, DOC

This really is the only way out of addiction, not buying the the things that cause you to relapse. Not buying junk food as a binge addict is the same as not buying alcohol as an alcoholic, it's necessary. Alcoholics can't just buy alcohol and be like I'll only have a little sip, and drink it in time in moderation, that just won't happen.
