Tea needs to be brewed at 100 degrees which is boiling temperature. It tastes funny if the water isn’t as hot. That’s why tea tastes funny on an airplane as water boils at a lower temp at altitude

coconut oil is comedogenic aka it blocks your pores and can cause spots! its a really good body moisturiser and makeup remover as long as you cleanse/tone your face after. love your videos gal 💖

stick your coconut oil on radiator for a few mins before you use it it makes it so much easier :) not too long tho are it just to liquid it always hardens back up tho

Make sure when making buying coconut oil you get virgin unrefined if it’s not virgin & unrefined all the goodness is gone out of them. Holland & Barrets well a brilliant one in a glass jar with green label on.

I love coconut hair treatment mask. What i do is wash my hair with shampoo normal and then leave in the coconut hair in for about 20mins then wash out and leavse my hair amazing

iv got the coconut oil its really good for your hair spesh when you have it bleached i went from black to blonde/brown so my hair was really dry and damaged i normally do it 1-2 times a month just leave it on over night but u do have wash ya hair few times to get it out 😂😂 xxxx
