Hi, check the label on primark garments as most of the delicate section is hand wash only :( which could be the reason your items are being misshapen.

Goodness there is a world wide pandemic the 3rd world country that make primark clothes is being hit hard by covid-19 production is going to be down or non-existence so Primark has to put out what they have in storage it's sad but ture and almost everyone who has complained about primark not having a large amount of autumn /winter collection in the stores at the moment need to remember this very important fact ...everyone is moaning about it , but no one is thinking about why ?
