This is really amazing. I love how the farm is clean and beautiful as the owner. This is what I call investing in the future. I wish I did this when I was in my 20s like you guys. I had a close interaction with the one being called "babe" behind the camera and the guy is quite informed and inteligent. I liked your insights bro. Keep up the good work you two.

Amazing work. I guess you need to prune the avocado & all fruit trees to be specific. And don't leave without killing the worms 🐛 on your sunflower, kill by hand please😅😊
@254YoungWildandFree
@254YoungWildandFree Жыл бұрын
Thank you...pruning is definitely on the must do list...Remember that the worms have eggs too... you cannot control them by killing by hand... The best way to control them is by crop rotation.

How many times do you water in a week?

It depends with the weather.... sometimes when it's too hot... about four times a week, sometimes thrice... sometimes once....and ofcourse when it's raining not at all

Great work guys!. Try to clean the rotten fruits from the floor on your farm to avoid more fruit flies. you can burn them or bury them. You can also spray organic pesticides like soaked pepper and Neem oil solution.

Hi where did u buy your passion seedlings? I planted 200 hundre d avocados trees but they re not doing well. Will replant from kakuzi or isinya next yr which ones are best?
@254YoungWildandFree
@254YoungWildandFree Жыл бұрын
Passion seedlings were from oxfarm organics... Consider getting your soil tested before replanting because maybe the seedlings were not the problem... also invest in goat manure and maybe a constant water source. Both kakuzi and isinya roses seedlings are top quality... but I think isinya roses seedlings grow faster.

I like your attempt to do grafting on a big mangoe tree (i did it as well)....however even if the grafts take, it is dofficult for them to fruit due to the fact they can not out compete the other parts of the root stalk. It is preferable that you cut the tree as close to the ground as posible, wait for shoots to come up then do grafting on the shoots of choice.
@254YoungWildandFree
@254YoungWildandFree Жыл бұрын
🤔 interesting.... I'd rather just have the fruits from the other branches... cutting down the whole tree is going a few years backwards 😂

Or once the grafted cuttings germinate and get stronger, cut all the other original branches to be left ONLY with the grafted ones

@@254YoungWildandFree the original branches will take over the grafted ones. The original stalks are more powerful and can cause thr grafted to not bear at all or bear but tiny fruits or fruit that are not what you expected
