The Destabilizing Rounds buff is the most exciting change to me, I am obsessed with chaining purple explosions and this is going to make any weapon with DR very nasty for ad clear.

Same here, just sad at how many destab weapons I've sharded in the past because of how ass it's been. I couldn't even think of a way they could buff it without just making it a different perk entirely. Joke's on me, that's exactly what they did....

Me and the other 10 glaive users are so happy right now! I like the change to exotic class specific glaives too and I feel that the glaive stats buff is going to help to make them feel less clunky to use (bad handling and reload speed stats). Vexcalibur and Winterbite are so strong, can't wait to use them on the next episode. Looking forward to your glaive builds too!

Note on elemental swap exotics, I think it means buffs along with the jolt weaken etc. resto, overshield and amplified will also grant the buff. Crazy for prismatic builds!

Really wish they could revert the line of sight nerf on Severance Enclosure. That would let it have some of its lethality and viability back. Still one of the most boneheaded nerfs ever but I guess that's what I get for using it in all content in the game back then. Legit never took it off.

My reading of the DARCI buff was that you get the mentioned stacking buffs no matter what. Solo you get it. In a team you AND teammates get it. And then if you give 5x stacks to a teammate you get an ADDITIONAL 15% damage buff that's just for you and teammates don't get.

I was crunching the stats on Palindrome and the stuff you can pull off is bonkers. You can push it up 90 range and still have good stats across the board or elemental cap and go even further. Thing is terrifying lol

For the DARCI change, I read that as it gets tge buff it applies to others, and then if you give stacks to a teammate you get another 15% buff on top

Its worth noting that the Fundamentals will now give you a 30% buff when applying any elemental keyword, so giving yourself radiant may buff solar, or getting amplified may buff arc for exanple, using a weakening grenade and then getting volatile rounds will give you a damage boost that persosts, etc.

I think the scout rifle damage buff is probably being WAY underrated by most people. The biggest problem with scouts as add clear weapons is how often a single head shot leaves a red bar enemy with like 5 to 10% health left. It feels terrible to use when every enemy just barely needs a second shot to kill and you can't lay down a line of crispy single headshot kills. I think even a 15% damage boost is going to push a lot of scouts into consistent one headshot add clear territory and make a big difference.

I know you skipped over it cause you're on M&K but the aim assist changes are such a big win for me, especially since they started adding loads of enemies I experienced that problem so many times where groups of moving targets and targets that jump across your screen would get aim assist and pull your aim and make you inaccurate, happened even in PvP too. Love the glaive changes too, excited to bring my Glaive builds back out 😁

These class exotic glaive changes are such a massive nerf. They’re going to kill those weapons. Right now, with 2 Lucent Blades mods, it only takes 3 shots to charge up your special shot. Now they’re doubling it to 6!? They’re essentially cutting the power of these glaives in HALF, in exchange for a couple tiny buffs. These changes are going to kill the glaives, not buff them.

@ That doesn’t matter, melee hits still take time to do, so it’ll still take approximately twice as long to charge the special shot, and that’s only in low level content where it’s safe to get that close to enemies. In most content in the game, it’ll take 6 glaive shots (which also means twice as much ammo) to charge your special shot. As someone who used to use these glaives a decent amount, I can say with absolute certainty that it WILL kill them.

Everyone’s sleeping on Nightmare Fuel but it looks like bait and switch for all your guns if I have read it right. Makes your envoys arsenal weapons all have bait and switch but with the ways to get back melee energy and charges to rebuff yourself you should be fine with withering blades having two to reload all your guns and giving them bait and switch like damage seems huge. Dance machines makes me so happy, I plan to use Bad Juju with it.

As one of the few people who used the exotic glaives, I honestly think they're going to be worse with these changes. The fact that you have to get 6 hits before you can use their perk is twice as many hits as required currently. I don't understand why they made it 6 hits instead of making it 4.

Dang I was really hoping for armor mods to finally work with glaive melee. The only way we can really drop orbs is to run reaper, which is cool but it's just not enough. I don't see it being overpowered, especially with velocity baton just printing hundreds in such a passive way.

Does that mean you never raid? And when does one make this lifelong decisions? When they’re a teenager? I was 17 when I decided I’m a solo player. Forever. I mean I play mostly solo as well. I said it a lot before, RDMs are THE most nerfed exotic in destiny and manage to be an S tier in their strength because dodge is just so powerful. So making that work (depending on their phrasing, if I'm understanding it right) with aspects and perks (I'm assuming mods are part of that) then... Holy fuck it's gonna be THE strongest neutral exotic in the game without question. But I'm probably misinterpreting it or misunderstood it, it probably won't do all the things I'm thinking it will, or it'll have a caveat.
