Played a few games with the loan first... If you like nimble wingers, this isn't for you. He's great at striker- still not nimble tho, amazing speed boost and shot power. Not having LM will limit him in a few of the meta formations, but he's obviously perfect for the 4213 as a LW. I am not personally a fan of inverted wingers, but his strength and speed on the right will help you deal with Theo's and Mendy's. I think his ideal position is ST tho. If you are doing him strictly for meta, Baby Mia is better at striker and tradable albeit a much different type of striker. WW Hansen is still clear at RM and cheaper if you have liquid coins. For me personally I will complete him but I am not throwing liquid coins at it. Its a pretty cool card to have IMO.

Coins are much easier this year than in other FC/Fifa's. The fodder being min price for the majority of the year created a huge investment window and created many FC millionaires during that spike with the repeatable ICON packs. We can call this the "FC IPO effect" I cannot even imagine the amount of liquidity people will have once they open saved packs for the full team. If EA then lowers pack weight again like last year, making FC millionaires compete for very limited cards the prices will rise a fuck ton. I bought Reiten at 2.3 on her price range update, she's now 2.6-2.7. I think she can rise to 3-3.2 towards the end of TOTY while in packs if weight is bad, then 3.5+ after leaving packs. She's one of the cheaper and more affordable ones too. Buy your TOTYs as soon as you can afford them. You won't lose coins, and being able to play with TOTY cards gives you such a huge advantage and its fun! That will make it easier to stomach fluctuating prices until they slowly creep up after being removed from packs.

@ TOTY's get panic sold on full team release, absolute rock bottom price should be right at content on Thursday till about 4 hours after... but even with unchanged drop weight there's no chance supply will out pace demand. I think the only time TOTY's didn't rise was '22 (the one with Cancelo, Hakimi, Marquinhos etc where everything was super packable) Everyone's purchasing power is much higher in this iteration of the game than those years too. If you are looking for a TOTY to use, or as a long term investment just buy as soon as you can. If you happen to miss the low point by a couple hundred k, so what? The aim is to gain 700-1mil long term.

@ Not suggestion necessarily just giving info I think you might find useful but... James is low now with the release of Bale. James also got sold off and everyone bought Reiten when her price range got updated. One word of caution for you, EA has not released crazy lightning rounds just yet, that may lower TOTY prices. But again, only temporarily. I have James' rock bottom price at potentially 1.7m but I doubt she reaches that again. Reiten is the best of those three. Those were the only ones i could afford so I was only able to try those. I did not like Palmer at all either for the exact reason you stated.

Unlikely with one or two rolls, but if you roll it 100x, the chance of getting a 6 At least once is very high. With TOTY however, the pack weight is so poor that even “rolling the dice” as many times as you can for $1000 still doesn’t even get you 50% chance if packing a single TOTY card.

Not all players, a large portion of the current playerbase did not get him, as you had to have the game before oct 31 to get him. EA screwed a ton of people, there was no need to give it to so many people and just take half the people and wave it in their face.

I actually got the game a few days before November and it was a weird cut off period so i did my research and realized that I was I never got the members rewards and I even contacted ea help about it and they reconfirmed with me that I AM eligible for my members rewards but when I asked about a time frame they were really vague about when it was gonna get resorted, I was upset about it because zidane is my all time favorite player so i even brought up whether the other people that were in the same boat as me were gonna get compensated for the loss of time and falling behind the power curve, still nothing yet though

I'll be honest I think the Zidane complaints is childish and just upset ppl who wish they had the evo. Its kinda like ppl who complain about compensation not bc EA fucked up but bc they fixed the problem before they(the player) had a chance to benefit from it. Loyalty rewards are just that, loyalty. Loyalty creates FOMO and from that FOMO in FC 26, there will be more ppl who get the game closer to launch to not miss out. At the end of the day the heart of the complaint isn't they shouldn't have given ppl the free evo, its "i didn't get the evo". Its also a fade, next promo ppl will move on from Zidane. All Zidane did was replace the free Jude. Whom is closer to being evo-able.

Onana is insane for the evo. He’s easily one of the best strikers in game. I play 41212 wide with him and WW Neymar up front and WW Son on the left TOTY Zidane CAM and TOTY Salah right and they are all so good. I don’t understand how no one is talking about Onana for the RW evo. I’ve had him on ST for 3 days, mans scored 78 goals and 32 assists in 50ish games for me. Because of his higher def and physical stats, he literally steals the ball from CBs. First touch+ and finesse, he literally puts it top bins on a fwd through ball. Onana on this evo is broken and no one is talking about it.

JFC, that free Zidane card got me thinking a lot given how elite he is in game. Just so happens we get a free Zidane before or after the leak of Maradona (regardless of the time frame, its very close within each other) maybe just maybe EA know Zidane will no longer be an icon in the next FC and thought ‘fuck it here’s a free Zidane for one last dance’ that would be the only reason EA would put their hand in their pocket to get Maradona back in the game after losing someone so huge like Zidane. I’ve done Onana, played about 50 games with him, really enjoyed doing the evo in rush and thought he’s gonna be amazing when complete as was bullying people…he’s very good in good gameplay (morning or late at night). However, in bad gameplay he’s almost unusable, far too clunky and loses the ball and bumbles around all game. He’s basically a bigger version of Adama Traore I honestly feel like he’s the best choice though, what’s the point in doing Raphina or someone else? There will be better cards for all other rw’s…this will be a unique card for another 5/6 months and will be great off the bench further down the line.

Small shout, I do think there is a game EA has seen and kinda paused over. Rematch. I don't think they are fully worried about that game but I do think it has caused a little hesitance bc that game has way more potential than UFL, mainly bc it reminds ppl of Rocket League and Rocket League is massive. Not to mention there is an extremely popular anime soccer series, those ppl would flock to Rematch. But the biggest reason for the sudden change for EA is just metrics, if the numbers aren't looking as the marketing team set...developers got tasked with figuring out how to get the metrics to meet the marketing team's projections.

i praised the patch but after couple of days i need to take a step back. dribbling is way way too easy rn. so easy that skill moves have become obsolete. if you have a good pacy dribbler, just run and stop and run and stop and change direction constantly... it is way way too easy for my liking. if you wanna beat someone with a dribbling it should involve decent skill. offense is now way too op compared to defence. and physically unrealistic with sharp direction changes.

How don't you.... 89s were 11k, 90s were 17k and 91s were 20l..... you buy all that you can and wait. I bought 60 91s between 20-23l and sold all 45 to 50k bought 30 90s from 17 to 20k and sold 10 at 36k have 20 original ones left and more ive packed. Its guaranteed profit and I don't get rank 1 or 2 in champs. Dont waste coins and the market is pretty easy to read because it constantly repeats itself every week. I've never been in a trading discord either. I do trade stocks for a living.

@ nah it makes his dribbling better, if you look at the loss in shooting compared to increase In aggression for a striker w that strength and dribbling he’s so jammy, and finesse plus makes up for any 1 pt loss to finishing, plus you get 99 attack positioning his ai is crazy this way.
