It’s a milk pan I’m 74 and my dad would bring up milk in bucket from pen and would pour into pan thru strainer. We would leave in refer over night and skim cream off next morning and store in jar or pitcher💕

I got that exact silver plate frog flower candelabra thing for a wedding gift in 1984. It was a little out of place in the tiny hovel that we lived in, in Monterey, CA, while my husband was in language school at the Presidio. We were so poor we could barley eat, but we had a silver candelabra!

Replay. On leaving butter on counter. Butter, as with any dairy can go bad left out. Purchase SALTED butter as the preservative. I have a local creamery near me, and I could eat the 2 lb roll in a sitting. Second choice would be irish butter.

Pro tip...Hobby Lobby floral do not fade. I have several seasonal flowers and greenery I put outside and they don’t fade at all. I’ve had some of mine for 4 to 5 seasons. Try it, you’ll like it 🌸🌺🌼🌻🌷🌹💐🌿👍🏼

If you live in the mountain west you can do that. In Texas, it goes rancid before you finish the stick. I can only leave it out for a day at most. French butter holders with water work better for Texas butter.

Just started watching you both. Love your channel. Score on the cakeplate. It's the Finley 3 in 1 by Waterford Marquis. It also can be used as a punchbowl if you flip the lid over and put the knob into the base flipped over. The piece you showed after is a small ice bucket, also crystal by Waterford Marquis. It had dirt in it probably because it can be used as an orchid pot. Two great finds!!

I have an entire collection of Pfaltzgraff Heritage collection and I just found out in December 2020 that it was indeed Pfaltzgraff. Had no idea, I was watching Pine and Prospect Home and realized we had the same coffee pot or something. I had been collecting this style for years. Found 12 plates about 13 years ago and I can literally walk into Goodwill and find the saucers and bread plates 6 ct. each. I saw 6 saucers in SC this weekend on vacation, I need cups though! I watched the entire show on the 14th, I hung in there! My 25 y/o son when he was 1-2 years old used to go to the fridge and get a stick of butter and eat it. I love that color milk paint but not with transfers or those colors you’re painting. I like coordinating better. A fleck of color from the original painting or transfer. That’s me! Can’t wait till y’all repair and paint furniture again.

I missed the live because I was in SC on vacation with my sister and brother-in-laws. They retired and are minutes from the beach. We walked the beach and it was a southern 56* degrees!😱😍 I have a cast iron candlestick like the broken one you showed. I have two brass swan planters given to me by an elderly friend. I always leave my butter out. I use it so fast it doesn't have time to go bad. If you want a butter toast or use it in another way, if it's straight out of the fridge it tears the bread because it's not soft. And I don't like margarine only real butter. And I missed you guys last night because I fell asleep. I'm on Eastern Standard Time. so I missed out on some things that I would have liked to have. Oh well, I guess that's the Lord telling me I've spent too much. I'll see you next week.

I remember when the woman said the dingo ate her baby. The story went around and the couple were accused of getting rid of their baby. The tag line became macabre "funny". Recently I read somewhere that years later, their store was authenticated when a baby skeleton was found in a dingo lair near where their baby disappeared. Sad, but the phrase is so funny.
