Love to shop with you. I am 80 now and don’t shop as much! My precious mom who was 99 when she passed away in 2021 loved to shop and thrift. Her sweet home was filled with many found treasures. Looked like a little museum! We had so much fun shopping and thrifting through the years - have missed her so much! She would have loved you! Always check the containers that those faux flowers are in. Today I found a 1920's $400 Fulper crystalline planter filled with fake flowers for $2.99. Someone else found a $100 bill in a donated purse that she bought. Always pays to look for treasure in the places you least expect to find them. 😊

Fulper is amazing. My husbands aunt passed away and we were going threw a massive house with tons of stuff and a short round vase had a few cracks and at first I said ok donate but then I looked closely at the glaze and took it home. Glad I did bc I learned about Fulper

Greetings from Chicago! I learned something today that might come in handy for you and your viewers. If you put a candle holder that still has the old candle in it in the freezer and leave there over night, the wax will contract and you can easily pop it out the next morning. I tried this on a glass candle holder and it worked like a charm. PEACE

Golden Retrievers are the best dogs- so gentle and loving! There are rescue groups for the breed. They get along well with other animals as well as people.

I'm a retired groomer and daily brushing with the right brush will cut down on the hair everywhere. You may have to re-think a retriever breed if you have out of cage birds. They retrieve, that's what they do, mostly birds. They can be trained but it takes work every day and a careful eye at first. You may find a rescue that has already been in a bird family but keep a dogs original breeding purpose in mind. There are so many big dogs looking for a loving home, you'll know the right one when you see it.

The Bormioli Rocco glasses you bought are the Murano pattern. I have the set as my daily use dishes. I love them, they are super durable. I knocked one from the top of an antique writing desk to a wood floor a few days ago and it survived with no chips or cracks!
