Everyone's talking about Shein being unethical but no problem with Boohoo, Nasty Gal, Pretty Little Thing, Princess Poly etc. ya'll always pick and choose. Like she literally hauled Motel Rocks which is also fast fashion but no one commented? Ya'll are riding on the tiktok mob mentality but just pick and choose and are inconsistent. You won't find nearly as much of these comments on Molly Mae's PLT collab vids or other influencers Zara and H&M hauls.

i am an environmental advocate for sure, and after educating yourself you’d understand that every big clothing company is ‘unethical’ unless they’re somehow using 100% recycled materials to not only make but ship product, low-waste processing, etc. and with that even brands who offer more sustainably made items have extremely high prices because that way of branding costs much more-hence fast fashion in the first place. of course things like immoral situations like the swastika necklace is completely different, but modern capitalism doesn’t allow pure clothing brands. being underpaid is surely an issue in itself as well, but that is the reality of most companies in the world. my best advice is to do your part by reducing and reusing like shopping second hand. you can also shop locally to support smaller businesses so at least you are helping them rather than buying the same item somewhere bigger. however, if you buy from a fast fashion brand it isn’t the end of the world as long as you are being conscious of your spending and disposal of clothes. i keep my clothes forever and any i don’t have i donate to local organizations or re-sell. the biggest thing is to slowly decrease supporting the production of clothes in the first place when there’s already so much out there, but that’s unrealistic. so for now just do your own part!!!!!

I get what people are saying about Shein being unethical, and I agree. But not everyone can afford sustainable, ethical clothing. Jordan has to cater her content to everyone, and realistically, more affordable and potentially more unethical brands are part of that.

Such as donations, giving them away to foster homes or doing boot sales or similar; or even just learning to up-cycle and renew clothes to suit latest trends or your taste. Fashion is 2nd most damaging to the world and using her popular voice to promote one of MANY OTHER unethical and unsustainable brands she already promotes is kinda part of this ‘capitalism’ ppl mention. I get it, not everyone can afford yes hence why i shop at charities, which is like £1-£2 for jumpers/trousers etc. Or if you don’t have that near you then yes getting basics is okay n needed from cheaper shops like this, but not a whole wardrobe every few weeks. There has to be a balance, and with this video just shows her channel doesn’t have it

I have alot of what she showed, however I am sure a lot of people have ordered that white boot, I have them in black, brown, white and green. Just know they do not have a zipper, they are tough to get on and off ( she doesn't mention that) however once you get use to it, you are god to go. They are very well made

I love you and I know that your intentions with these hauls are good but please can you try to make a haul of brands without being fast fashion, is that literally you just promote that kind of brands, I realize that it's work and you're sponsored in certain hauls but try to inform yourself about the reality of these brands before you're influencing your followers to buy something and yes I realize that more sustainable and ethical brand choices are more expensive and that obviously price is one of the most important things for a consumer but these choices often manage to be as "affordable" as fast fashion brands and not to mention that you'd be spreading a much more positive and correct message to your followers so it would be really good to see from you this effort to incorporate sustainable options. (I'm not trying to offend you because I really like your work but it's something I find hard to see)

I would like to see a middle ground in this. There are a couple of brands that have a middle price range and somewhat sustainable. In the end i rather own 3 pairs of jeans that hold up for 6 years than buy 10 pairs that are destroyed after 1 year because of their cheap quality. In the end you pay the same amount of money. You can own a smaller wardrobe and still create cute outfits.
