What is khushu?

Khushu' is what you have so that shaitan does not distract you in salah. When in salah, shaitan will whisper to you hence making you think about the things you have already forgotten such as the last basketball game, your homework etc. In order to have khushu', you have to say audhu billahi minashaitan ir rajeem before starting the salah.
