this is a reupload due to copyright issues! my video is much later than mahat’s due to trouble uploading this video ahhh but its finally up! please read description as well! This is a collective haul of the 5 weeks I was in Korea! All brands that the stationery is from is in the captions and the brands I found on Instagram I linked in the description! I spent a lot of time figuring out what each product is from so if you’re wondering where a specific product is from its in the video hehe. Also I bought 90% of my stationery at various book stores that sell stationery! My favorite brand is Daily Like btw~~

hey! for those who are confused abt Japanese boycotting in korea... I highly recommend doing research if you are truly interested bc there is a lot of information about this. I am korean American but korea is still also my country and I take pride in that. Which is one of the main reasons I wanted to some what participate. I am fully aware of the history and current events with japan and Korea which is another reason I wanted to participate! Boycotting is personal choice so please DO NOT feel the pressure to do the same! ❤️

Tuesday Janae basically it happened because korea basically felt betrayed and we (koreans) didnt want to lose to them like we did 40-80 years ago. by boy cotting, we mean like not buying any of the japanese products or products that are somewhat related to japan such as beer, stationery, makeup, clothes, shoes, cars, wheels, water, food, etc and we try to replace it with korean products. although japand doubted that koreans will be able to boy cott, we actually have been doing really well as one country and we made the japan stock drop by A LOT. in some korean markets or makeup stores, they even just took out japan brands!😁 many grandmas in korea were shipped to japan forcefully without knowing a reason and were used as sex slaves there for the japan soldiers. japan hasnt said anything about that issue and are still refusing to apologize. that is also a reason why we are boycotting.

look up "korea no japan boycott" on google and you'll find tons of articles there. i can't really explain it all here because it's kind of convoluted, but the movement is called "no japan" and may seem like just a trade war as of now, when in actuality it has cultural significance and animosity behind it because of all the colonist and rapist shit that japan has done to korea in the past. the wall street journal has a really good article on what's going on.

From Japan. This boycott concerns the historical events but also concerns the policies of Korea. They are not so rich and have to find out a new way to live. The present Korean president is thinking that Korea and North Korea must be one and l don’t know how but he thinks they can be one by attacking us (like North Korea is usually launching missiles to Japan). There is a lot of Korean who thinks boycott is not a good idea ,so I want you to know about this problem by both sides.
