I enjoyed the shopping with you ..lots of neat stuff but I agree that they're to expensive..I don't know what the dishes are called but I found a 12 place setting for 20.00 at a thrift store I use them in my hutch all year and I love them.. there are a few pieces missing but I knew it was a great price. Happy thrifting!

I really appreciate that you’re spend thrift even at the thrift store. The pricing has gotten so ridiculous. It’s the same in my area as well. I shop an independent thrift that is through a local church so at least I know the money is actually going to charity, but some of the pricing on what they consider their “couture” dept items is quite high. I paid $35 for a small oil painting (that was well matted and framed at least) but I had to go back to it 3 times over the past 2 weeks before I decided I loved it enough to just pay that lol. I also really appreciate that you shop for yourself and not as a reseller. Thanks for sharing.

I looked it up ... maybe they are right. But that pixie looks handmade like someone took a class. Does it say Japan? If so it could be worth that. And the juicer looks about right for Ebay pricing.
