Tornados are not rare in Europe every year Europe has some Tornados if conditions are perfect there can be a supercel and produce a tornado what makes it rare is how strong it was f3 f4 is pretty rare.

From which part or town is he? There is good chance that his power outage is unrelated to the tornado even thou it went close to one power station it is insignificant and is operated mostly during winter. But the storms that had hit CZ caused several outages.

@@iitzfizz I told you the tornados like f3 f4 f5 f2 are rare but Europe has every year some tornados but they are not that strong. last week we had here in the Netherlands also a supercel it didn't produse a tornado but we had big hail also if you look on internet you can find a map the tornado alley of Europe.
