I think that's a bad way to really look at it. Marriage realistically is more of just a cultural official union to be with someone else. Anything beyond that basic pillar feels kind of silly to say you HAVE to do it. Like, if people want to do Polygamous marriages, and they're all happy with the situation, why would you care? And the idea of married couples wanting to mess around with other people isn't new. The idea of swinger parties has been around for like, 100 years, and its not like its the first version of that idea either. If both people in the relationship want to experiment and try things with other people, isn't it better for them to express that idea with a partner they trust, and see if the idea of an open marriage is okay, rather then the alternative of them being tempted to cheat behind the other persons back? So Moonmoon wasn't putting any effort into his marriage. This all happened during the many months of his rp streams. Something tells me, the problem WAS the rp. A seemingly happy marriage doesn't just go to shit out of nowhere. He likely got too invested into his character that he started neglecting the family and essentially forced his "amazing wife" to take care of his child alone. He more than likely was already in that chick's dms way before his wife and him split, seeing as they've known each other for a while.
