@greenflagracing7067 no, it means it can get very complicated. If your baby daughter was raped and murdered by someone, do you think you might murder them instead of letting the courts handle it? It doesn't make it right, but I think it's understandable.

I'm glad you had the courage and strength to do that, but as a survivor myself? It took well into my adulthood to be stable enough to report (it went on for years and I was subjected to the people he associated with, so...a lot to try to process and cope with there). That's actually the norm: not being able to speak up until years later. It's why laws surrounding CSA have been changed in recent years to accommodate this. You are pretty rare as far as reporting goes. Were I to venture a guess, I would say it was either Mr. Prada himself or someone he was close to. He made a choice to take matters into his own hands. I guess you could say he snapped in a sense as normal, sane people don't realistically even consider these things. It usually takes extreme conditions to foster these sorts of actions....or ASPD. There is absolutely not way they have gotten subpoenas for all this therapist's patients yet (which they would need as even though the man is dead, the patients are not and their confidentiality is still retained). It's baffling that the prosecution would come out and say something so concrete as, "There is no link."

Not defending sickos, just saying there's been instances of children getting attacked because online people wrongly thought they were adults/sickos. Just like the legal system persecutes innocent people wrongly, vigilante justice can also be carried about against innocent people. Look up the statistics for how many of those people see jail time and how puny the sentences of the rare few that do get put in jail are. What if this kid is ANOTHER kid that was molested by the therapist? One that wasn’t reported? The authorities can get away with saying “tiktok kid is not the kid in the reported case with the therapist.” This is probably why this TikToker was arrested and faces the death penalty. I’m just throwing this out there as a MOTIVE for the murder. This doesn’t excuse anything folks calm down. Edit: There sure are some pretty dim people in the comments who don’t understand what a “motive” is when it comes to to homicide. Motive isn’t an excuse. Motive explains WHY a person commits murder. It doesn’t exonerate or excuse anything. In fact in many cases establishing a motive for a murder helps investigators in catching and convicting the killer. A businessman is caught embezzling company money by his partner. Then the partner is found dead with a bullet in his head the next morning. The businessman’s motive for killing his partner was to avoid getting busted for embezzlement.

It isn’t the aftermath that dictates whether or not a murder was premeditated. It’s the time leading up to the crime. If he brought a weapon and went to wherever the victim was with the intention of killing him, that’s premeditation. Also, the investigators would definitely go through the therapist’s client history and look for his name, and would not lie about that in a court of law, as it is illegal. The reason why vigilante justice is a bad idea for the simple fact that you have people who off people because they think the other was looking at them and the person committing the crime thinks they are justified because they think they stopped something horrible from happening only to find out the person looking at them thought the vigilante looked like a childhood friend of theirs. People with mental problems can't separate what's justified and what is just plain stupidity or ego.

I am just saying there is "mobile" mental health therapy. If anyone is confused on why a therapist would be in someone's home in other instances. I used to do it as for a few years I couldn't leave my home. The therapist comes and gives you your therapy session in your home. At times with a social worker. Just an off-topic FYI.

Sorry but this is incorrect... it does involve plotting or planning, which is not "any amount of time". For example, if someone in an emotional rage contemplates for like 10-20 seconds during an argument, it would likely not be first degree and not premeditated. I'm not sure what the specific criteria are, but its certainly not what you describe here.

So on the topic of people not knowing what their favorite content creator's REALLY like, it makes me think back to the days when youtube was still only a few years old. A content creator I followed, if memory serves his name was Mr Anime, was a pretty popular content creator. He was basically THE anime youtuber at the time. Until one day, just out of the blue completely unprompted, he murdered his family, and then uploaded a video explaining that the reason he chose to murder his entire family was simply out of the curiosity of what it'd feel like to do it.

look.. it isn't justified to randomly end someone like this. that said.. i had to report a therapist as a kid for exactly this. was told it wasnt "technically illegal" until years later i got a call from someone else's lawyer. the amount of victims after me could have made it a class action and they didnt know at that point some of us were underage. clearly, mr tiktok is unwell to be doing this. but it doesn't feel random to me the victim was a therapist he accused who, if true, got no repercussions. even if it wasn't him who was diddled, it ruins everyone involved who had to see the aftermath. not justified, but there's also something not right when the people wronged get no justice until it drives them to this point, and then punished harder than those who wronged them would have been. or hes a nutcase and really didnt know this dude. im not his lawyer idk
