You've always complained that 'the Glory' in a Road to Glory is too easy to come by, so why not actually make it challenging this year? This year 'the Glory' should be trying to get 16 wins with your Arsenal evo team, it's a real challenge but think of the satisfaction you'll have when you get there. In friendlies/rivals/qualies you can still use the super meta players (and even champs after you've got 5 losses) but this way there's an actual point to the RTG that isn't just 'get the best team possible'

You should just play with the Arsenal squad. You got 9 wins on the shitters and only 4 more playing with a full meta squad. The difference between shitters/Arsenal is waaay bigger than Arsenal/meta.

I think the fact he’s player near a thousand games with pretty much just an arsenal team probably has worn him out and got pretty boring and wants to switch it up for the sake of the series and his enjoyment

@@crazypearceIt’s because the skill gap gets quite large from 12-14 wins to 16+. Having elite players doesn’t really get you more than 1-2 extra wins than a 100k cheap meta squad.

@Jaxxx365 I agree but this is why he should.be using that Bergkamp and hurtig cards keeps it fun and fresh rather than just picking the same 11 hes got at least 20 odd good arsenal past and present players I'm doing a similar thing with my team and have 4 different squads to keep it fun

imo if you are going 13-7 with that kinda team, yet get 9 wins on the shitters you may as well use more arsenal players for me i don't have a rule "use x evos" i use who i want but for me all i want to do is play with my evo cards with maybe 2-3 meta players in defence

I feel like Nep has to just come to terms with the fact that he’s not as good as he once was or thinks he is. I have a full Mexican Evo squad and I comfortably reach 14 to 16 wins. He should just play with the Arsenal team, and have fun and be happy or content with where he can get. Just get better with that same team little by little and not stress too much about winning.

If you just keep trying to build up your arsenal evos until maybe a couple break into your team while using the best team available will be best. Then maybe every time you upgrade the arsenal team significantly to the point you want to test it, run it out in a champs weekend and see how it does

You can see how Fifa has changed over the years, I've been playing it since Fifa 11. Back then, you could go in and more or less be competitive with a gold team for a good majority of the year. Left playing it for a few years after Fifa 18 and came back in Fifa 22, year on year now it is getting increasing important as you've said to have a "god squad" which is okay for people who want to dedicate the time and often money into the game. I've never had bucketloads of time to play the game, but i've found over the last few years, that every year you seem to need to dedicate more and more time to it, or spend more and more money to even be remotely competitive. For casual players like myself, It is getting to the stage that if you don't manage to do an objective to get whatever pack or play to get the XP for the season progress, then it's just getting near impossible to play and be competitive at the game.

I do think that when applying consumables it's programmed to use untradeable ones first. I remember experimenting with it with gold contracts. I saw how many I had available to quick sell and then applied several. I then checked and the number available to sell was still the same. I have since been applying consumables based on my experiment and really do hope it applied to every item.

Nep, I love this series. And I’m doing my own R2G evo team with Chelsea + Australia evos. But I found they are good in divs but I struggle in weekend league. So I play with my evo team during the week and I amend the team with my untradeable ‘meta’. I’ve got eus, butra, TT Ginola, 94 Haaland etc. which I have fun with but not as rewarding as my evo team. But I keep my evos on the bench. I find this less stressful and still enjoyable

Hey nep I think your underestimating how many people really enjoyed the challenge of the arsenal evo rtg that was what makes it engaging, i dont wish this to come accross as rude but u say wait until the arsenal players get good enough, you have Bergkamp Henry pettit coles sbc is available you have 600k and could get say alex scott add in saliba and use evo cards as and when to keep things fresh i used hurtig and russo up front this weekend got 9 wins but it was fun yknow

Can fully see where you are going with it, adding icons is good to mix with any arsenal past and present and you have a bit of a Real Madrid theme also, in which case you should do Modric because i think you're insulting the Arsenal by having Bruno in your starting 11, at least using team players from different leagues but come on having a Utd player , what is that all about.

Nep you can use quick sell recovery to make evos first owner, tried it cause I was debating restarting a Real Madrid bronze evo and ended up regretting it. Card shows up as their base card but when you recover it you can get the first owner sign for them.

Warra Arsenal RTG for you.. And using almost none Arsenal players. Just make a choice what kind of RTG you want. Arsenal evo? Oké, then commit fully for it and stop using players like Bruno etc. Using icons is oke
