Honestly feel these are going to go under the radar. Received my pair this past week and already did 2 training sessions and played two 7 a side games and they break in soooooooooo nice. Not to mention they only took about 20 mins to break in. My last pair of speed boots were Vapor 11 and safe to say these go neck and neck with those. To summarize, these have the responsiveness of my vapor 11s that I love, the soft, thin upper of a vapor 10 and the comfort of a Neo 3 ( Yes, a Neo 3). I wore one pair of each on feet and the feeling/comfort come very close with a Neo 3 slightly edging the Crazy fast. Haven’t kept a pair of adidas since f50/ nitrocharge and pred instinct crazylight and safe to say I’ll be getting future colorways of this boot. Enjoy Noah 🎉

Keep in mind this is the ultra light version of the crazfast line up. This is labeled "+" as in the ultra lighteweight model. There will be 2 other top end model releasing in early july which are the .1 models, one being laced, and the other being a laceless labeled .1 "LL". Those .1 models will have a completely different upper to both these and the speedportals, they should be softer than the speedportals but more structured than the speedflows, and will defnitely havebbeteer lockdown than even this lightweight plus model. So to sum up. The new crazyfast lineup is as follows: -crazyfast plus (ultralightweight model with u throat tongue) -crazy fast .1 (1 peice upper with a different upper than the plus and more lockdown) -crazyfast .1 LL (same upper as the .1 but laceless) Hope this clarifies some people misconceptions 😅

I bought the adidas X Crazyfast+. I was a fan of the concept, weight and design. I use it in rotation with my other 2 boots in order to prolong its lifespan because of its thin upper. It's a really comfortable boot, almost barefoot feel with its pliable and translucent upper.

We decided to give these a try because it seemed like they might be suitable for my son's wide feet. Score. Out of the box he said they were the most comfortable boots he's tried this year (and we've tried maybe 10-12 different cleats)! Note, he's wide in the forefoot/toes, not so much in the mid-foot. Oh, and I put these on the scale...in size 8.5 the actual weight is 155 grams...5.5 ounces. That's well under advertised. Anomaly? I don't know. THANKS FOR THE REVIEW...if not for this review, we wouldn't have tried these.

sweet! Also, I have however noticed a couple things watching MLS and EPL...they are all wearing the .1s and not the + model. That surprises me a little, but I guess they don't care about saving a few grams. (we simply wanted the U-Throat construction for extra adjustability). The other things that surprises me...most appear to be wearing the FG soleplate and not SG, which is peculiar for the pitches they play on. It's almost like there is a trend forming, but I don't know. @@NoahCavanaugh

@@ryangelardi7988 I think it may have to do with the fact that the ".1"s offer more protection that the "+" iteration. If you're playing at that level of physicality, you would likely opt for more protection than less. However, I've bought the adidas X Crazyfast+ because I was a fan of the concept, weight and design and I use it in rotation with my other 2 cleats in order to prolong its lifespan as its thin upper is not a guarantee for sustained longevity if used as a primary cleat

Didn’t get the crazy light tribute colorway but do plan to get in the regular colorway. I say this is a great approach and change by adidas. The return of the stand alone/u-throat tongue on a speed boot by a big brand is a refreshing change. While I don’t think the speedportal.1 were bad but it’s too ridiculously rigid when first worn in and the fit was a slightly bit weird which were a step down from the Ghosted and speedflow. Happy to see adidas taking a bit of less is more approach

i hope these wont give me blisters on my heel because of the heel pads. ever since they introduced the heel pads i got blisters and moved to nike but hopefully with the change they wont because i love the f50s and these remind me so much of them

hi mate, quite unsure between these and mercs rn, the lightest boot i’ve worn is the puma ultra and they are way too stiff and uncomfortable for me and hurt my feet, are these anything like taht as i’ve seen you’ve reviewed both boots, are these as comfortable as a vapor?

@@bryanl95 they fit a bit long as the speedportal +, but my big toe hurts so should have bought same size as i have in the gx got 43 euro 27.5 cm i got 42.5 27 cm in the crazyfast. I feelt too much rom in the sportal+ in size 27.5 and a bit to smal in 27. but i will 100% try the new crazyfast 1 hope the upper is softer and maybe the crazyfast + again when they get the new coolorway.

It sounds like you're not wearing the right size mate! I would highly recommend going into a store to get your foot properly sized. Sometimes we think we have bigger/smaller feet than we actually do. From there you can sort out via my recommendations in videos about sizing!

Hey Noah, I have Haglund’s deformity on my heel and I got morelia neo 3 , Really good boots but I had trouble with heel , got too much pressure behind , what do you think are those soft enough on heel area so I could wear them without pain. Older X models as ghosted had also awful heel area with those pads. Keep working man great content 💪

Definitely would NOT recommend a speed boot. I'd go for a Copa Pure or other leather boot
