If you ever have the opportunity try a Portuguese dish called "Dobrada com feijao branco", basically intestine stew with white beans, carrots, potatoes, over white rice, Japanese tourists love it. I had pork intestines twice a month where I used to live try it as as curry or mix with fried noodles 🤤 add some of that house dressing to tone down the spicy a bit I'm not much on scallop unless there grilled fajita style. Those pig ears might have been picked in garlic I like mine in ramen 😃✌️❤️
