In September I had to have open heart surgery and it was a Ruff Recovery but every day I looked forward to watching your videos they make me happy. I had the same new year rut situation. I think what made it worse was seeing everyone else kill the new year. And I’m happy for everyone that had an amazing reset of course but it made me feel way worse about myself. I feel better now and I think it’s because I took my time with my reset and had to realize that my pace was different than everyone else. I also didn’t do a dramatic reset it’s been gradual which has been different for me but I think I prefer this way
