The original is still one of my favorite BBD tracks, and like so many other people, the first track they ever heard from him thanks to The Sinner. Now, I normally wonder to myself why artists do reworks, especially if I loved the original. They're usually never as good and find them quite disappointing. But I really, really like this one. I think the original gave the song a really dark and gritty tone, but this version flipped it over into melancholy.

It’s funny… because when I heard the rework series was gonna be acoustic, I gotta be honest… this sound was not what I had in mind for BBD. Nice climat, but work little bit on the text, because, words "you're the best i can do" they dont make sense.. They can make sense only if you sing about your child, but only when you say " You're the best, I Do ( in my life (for example))" . Saying you Can, sounds like you can, but maybe you dont do this, and this is dont make sense with that, if a someone is the best..
