Hey Soul! This room is actually based on a game called "Project Playtime," it's a multiplayer PvP-ish version of Poppy Playtime. That little mini-huggy you saw is actually one of Huggy Wuggy's abilities in Project Playtime, he can summon up to 5 of those little guys and they act kind of like alarm systems. Hope this helps!
