Bonneville is an actor best known for his starring role as Lord Grantham in Downton Abbey, which earned him widespread critical acclaim and numerous awards. Beginning his career with the National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company, he has countless television and film appearances to his name, with recent credits including the BAFTA-winning comedy series Twenty Twelve and the hit Paddington films.
