Abuse of women and girls is not easily understood, even by the female victims themselves. Human psychology begin at birth. The pre-verbal years are the most formative. "Judge not lest ye be judged", said a very kind man long ago. You who are perfect, cast the first stone, yeah?

At the end of the day, they all lived a life of fame- riches- luxury. They never went hungry, they never thirsted. They never slept out in the rain. They had friends, family, and were loved both intimately and emotionally every night. Celebrities came to entertain and network. The life in the mansion had its ups and downs, but simply can’t be compared to your average Joe Schmoe working in a cubicle all his life for paltry wages and living hand-to-mouth.

I don’t think they feel they are giving up much if anything. Many people spend a decade or two of their lives not in love and just playing the field and exploring what life has to offer. It’s one chapter of her life. As long as people are going to click on these titles to fill time along the way in their lives, she’s going to find whatever ways she can benefit. Good for her.
