Shouldn’t you have topstitched the outside corner of the eyebrow before placing it on the bag to complete the topstitches?

I couldn’t stitch to the end on the panel because of the seam allowance. I wasn’t sure how to do it without folding back the panel and my sewing machine would not like the thickness. If anyone knows how to get the stitches to the ends, I welcome any help. There are other faces I would love to make that have part of the face going off the panel. Thank you for your comment.
