I was playing NFS World and i was idle on a lobby when i start hearing this song, i went to search on google for the soundtrack but i did not find any official song yet. So i went to the game and enabled only the music and recorded it using my X-fi Sound Blaster Titanium Champion Fatal1ty and Sony Vegas.
I think the quality is very good and the song is just amazing.
Disclaimer: I do not own any rights of this song, i only heard it on the game and recorded, the song was found on Need for Speed World wich is owned by Electronic Arts, so this song was problably made by EA and all rights go to them.

I started to play NFSW one year later they released it, and I gotta be honest, I've never played a racing game such as this one, Need For Speed World, will forever live inside us. I made awesome friends that I met in real life, I raced until I had my car destroyed, I kept running until the very last moment of this game, I spent awesome times with people I didn't knew but turned out to be that they were really awesome, I even reached the F1 Elite. I downloaded this song to take it anywhere I go, to remember those good days when NFSW was the best Need For Speed game out of all of them. Thanks NFSW for making me what I am now, a fan of the races, a fan of speed, a fan of cars, a Need For Speed fan. ;)

Good news. Nilzao is making a good progress in bringing back the multiplayer of the World. With the help of berkay they are doing a really great job. In some day we will see a server just like the original one or better. If they make it fully possible I will host a server :)

Ture, i agree. No matter the game is back it is just another different world, although it is the same map, same style, same shit. There is no way they can make better than that even i know doing this coding takes a lot of time improvised. I did know this game is run from java and javascript codes, including c plus coding as well. So no matter how hard they work, it wont get better unless the codes are changed into simpler but i dont think they work.

The thing about this game ending was that it was so fucking good that you couldn't go back because it would hurt you way too bad. All the time spent making vinyls, hanging out with your car meet buddies by the observatory, or simply looking over the city at the parking lot by the curvy road where you saw the drifter slide sideways. Didn't even own my own pc but I made sure i made it to the boys and girls Club to play it. Such good times an and I even remember the time there was a glitch where the blue juggernaut dodge charger rt and the treasure hunt porsche cayam s was free for a limited time. 😂 had my friends sign on and get it for me. Crappy cars but they looked amazing. NFS World will definitely be missed man foreal. The memories alone are enough for me I don't want to play the version that was remade it just won't be the same.

i still remember my cheap chrysler and the murcielago lp700-4 i bought after earning lots of cash because of the porsche gift bug in 2013. good times, talking with friends getting tips, leveling up and racing with them crashing their cars haha .. and meeting up in parking lots and stadiums and talking about what countries everyone is from and random stuff about schoollife. i still think this was the true online freeworld racing game. it was the best and will be the best, it is a history. this game made lots of memories in my childhood. i still can't forget that melody that comes out at 0:21 , that one suttle sound makes me think a lot , it is sad that EA took down this game. but it gave me a chance to move on and grow up. played the offline version and the soapbox world version couple of times last year but still doesn't feels right. not much of people and it is so easy to earn money so the game feels meaningless and hopeless. i can get the exotic cars i've wanted but can't get that feel that i earned this and strived for this. i truly miss this game.

When I was a little kid, playing this game, driving my GTO around, I still had depression the way I do now, but this game helped me a lot back then. I was never very good at the game but that didn’t matter, I made friends and had fun. Now I play Forza horizon 4 and think back on this game every once in a while. This was the original Forza horizon to me. This music takes me back to the only part of my life that was good back then, or maybe that’s just what my melancholy mind wants me to think.

This game had so much possibilities, like canyons, San Juan, Tri City (remember the Rockport Turnpike/bridge?)... BUT EA FLOPPED IT ALL BY FORCING PLAYERS TO PAY FOR "NEW CONTENT" (reskins of cars with some crap on it). Also, THEY REMOVED GLOBAL CHAT! And after that update, i lost my lvl36 account with lovely Zack styled Scirocco and my bff! And that, kids, is why i became cheater. GG EA.

I was there when that happened. Iirc they removed the global chat due to cheaters using a hack (I don't recall the name but it was able to catch queries from engine.svc or something and send commands through that tool to the server) to spam their text with bigger font size and colors. It was going on like crazy for days then they had to stop it somehow. They might've reinstated it again for a while and then disabled it again when they came up with the different servers (there were no Chicane-US, Apex and all of that when I was playing)

Don't rely on them to do that. They wouldn't care. They wouldn't care about anything as long as it's "surprise mechanics" galore. Black Box died because of EA's decisions and for causing Need for Speed to become worse (and that started with Carbon, in fact).

I loved this game. I know it had horrible micro transactions, and scummy mechanics, but luckily I was too young to care. I remember playing this game for hours on end, grinding to save up for an Audi S5, which I believe was like $540k. Finally being able to buy it and call it my own was one of the proudest moments of my childhood gaming career. I was devastated when they announced it would be shutting down, but I was lucky enough to be there on that final day when the servers went offline. Even now I still think about this game from time to time, and hearing this music, the nostalgia is hitting me like a bullet. I will forever cherish the memories I have with this game.

Why close need for speed world it's the most fun game I played there's so many groups of drivers and you make friends playing it I remember playing world two years ago the first place I went was the local drag strip at the highway exit that's were I meet my first friends on world and I well never forget it

Because it didn't bring money for EA, it was an F2P MMO and it was just costing EA servers. At least that's what I thought
