So i'm currently planning for it to happen at 8pm in a few months (September) and was wondering a few things; 1) was that the library that you had proposed in? 2) Did you work with anyone in Casa Loma (blueblood steakhouse) to set it up? 3) I was told that there's a view of the skyline, from the library? 4) Did you hire a photographer? If yes, how did you plan it with them logistically? 5) Regarding the timing - we live in Miami, so i'm not sure what time the sun goes down in Toronto, but i heard it's dark by 8pm.. if that's the case, is that considered a good time (is the room lit up) or should i perhaps try for something sooner? Thank you very much for your time Ross! I appreciate it.

@@9901ghsa Ali see below: 1. The library was on the main level. Just to the left as you walk in the main entrance. 2. I worked with a planner (Diana Pirez) and she organized everything with the Castle team. I would recommend getting someone local if you can. 3. I believe there is a view and patio 4. Yes i had photographer and videographer. They were friends of mine. We had a bunch of GoPro's setup around the castle. My fiance thought we were just doing a tour and that they were filming a promotional video. There was a fake waiver and everything. 5. Hmm it stays lighter for longer now. I just googled and shows sunset at 9pm. Any time before that should be ok. The room should have lighting as well Hope this helps.

Thanks for clarifying that to me! 2) yes, a friend of mine who lives in Toronto managed to get a contact who does Hospitality and also is a manager at the blue moon steakhouse. So far, he's been extremely helpful with setting it up. 3) i believe he had mentioned that to me, on the library side with a view of the skyline i believe. 4) oh that's awesome! Okay, yeah it's been difficult to figure out the photographer stuff to be honest with you. 5) oh nice okay, thanks for that! Appreciate you taking the time to answer!
