Not "FULL" metal. Only few parts are metal. Machine is very powerful in lifting , very weak in driving, horribly slow in turning. No limit switch on turning shovel. Please do not take me wrong - just experience with my machine in 2021 model using for 3 months. Well known shortcomings for long time - Huina is doing no significant improvements on them. OK, one improvement is somehow proportional driving, but not powerful enough.
