I was right behind Huk for this game. All I could think the entire time it was going on was, "Man, the people watching the main stage are missing the best game of the year."

from 2018. was watching it live on side wierd stream. still think its top 3 games of the history. n1 is probably g3 of scarlett vs bomber in redbull battlegrounds.

They put them on the tournament maps to prevent wall ins at the bottom of the opponents ramp. Without it it only takes 3 pylons/cannons to wall it off, for example. This version of the map is also cross spawn only with no yellow minerals. Changes like that just make tournaments better.

Micro is focusing on individual units in battle, preserving and making the most use of those units. It does not matter if it is 1 unit or 50.

I think what lost him the game was exactly that he needed only 1 shot to kill the probe and he got greedy
@tothbrush19177 жыл бұрын
he didn't know how many minerals huk had left, he must have assumed 1 more mined mineral would be the end for him since huk would be able to make another probe while he walked his stalker back across to the other end of the map after killing the units in HuK's base

i dont know. i think this option stays in 360p quality even you set it in fullscreen it will never change the resolution. and you just need to manually choose the resolution you want to use from change quality menu. but as you say you have good connection, this settings has Always play HD on fullscreen (option) and it will always be change your resolution to the highest quality that this vid offers when you change it to fullscreen. some vid changes the resolution when we fullscreen.
@AmethystEspeon11 жыл бұрын
You could also switch it to the highest quality before it starts buffering (or during). If you switch it anywhere off of Auto then it won't switch when going into Full Screen, I am pretty sure.

It is not. Manually controlling any number of units to optimize their performance is micromanagement. How would you call what Naniwa did with his stalker?

Not by definition. It is simply making the most of a unit.

Wow, what an incredible game. Naniwa could have won if he pulled his Stalker back to defend his base after sniping the first zealot! He would no longer have a timer (meaning he could wait for shield to charge). I think he was worried about probes mining and potentially blocking the ramp once he lost high ground vision, but in hindsight knowing Huk's mineral count we know that wouldn't be very viable. GG!

I dont get it. huk can win anyway without the micro. The zealot in nani's base can finish the structure before the stalker can kill his nexus right? If huk move all unit to attack his base wouldnt it be much easier??
@wonsuksong59210 жыл бұрын
Then Naniwa could pull back his stalker to deal with them with the stalker's superior range and speed. Once Naniwa finishes off Huk's probes, he can easily micro his stalker to kill the zealots one at a time
@Pantalona6910 жыл бұрын
YOLO
@Seriovsky9 жыл бұрын
thynaruto Naniwa was on a clock to kill the last remaining probe before the zealot could destroy all his buildings, Huk had to prevent that. Naniwa could have killed the zealots easily without taking any hit.
@Roachan.12 жыл бұрын
wow that was the most epic pvp i have ever seen
@tacotwosdays12 жыл бұрын
Huk's zealot isn't going to take out the nexus, gateway, pylon, and 2 gasses that he Naniwa had in the amount of time it takes for a stalker to regenerate all of its shields... and one probe is going to take a while to train up another zealot. Even if he did train another zealot, 2 zealots isn't going to kill all those buildings fast. The fact is Naniwa played it wrong which I'm sure everyone would do under pressure

Just a word of advice, everyone coming from Reddit trying to watch this thing (since it seems to be loading ultra slow right now): If you're sitting out of fullscreen trying to buffer this shit while doing something else, be sure to click back into fullscreen before buffering finishes. For some reason, if you let buffering finish and THEN click back into fullscreen, it drops all buffer and you get to start over. Fucking youtube.
