That’s how a good reporter works. You may be annoyed and feel he’s digging. However, his job is to dig. It’s not up to us, people like me simply listen to rab bc rab dropped. Been here for years and tap in at the beginning and middle of cod seasons, or if there is actual drama that may impact the game. Even if pred has/had a severe gambling problem, they can always find another sponsorship, they can't easily find another pred in my opinion. @ When tf did I say that?! Pred himself wanted to leave (regardless of Optic's willingness to help) due to his mental health, that came first. That was a done and dusted, so he was let go and due to the fact that they had a sponsor which makes no sense to not prioritize since Pred was already out.

To me it's pretty apparent that whatever preds problem is it got big enough where optic said "we tried to help since you don't want help we're cutting ties" addicts or people with problems don't just decide to leave their 400k a year dream job to get help out of nowhere. It seems to me like optic gave him an ultimatum which was, allow us to get you help or you're off the team. After that happened and pred denied the help for one last time they needed to cut him from the team. But still I don't understand how/why they needed to banish his name from existence, maniac was addicted to pills, they got him help and publicly discussed it, but this situation was so forbidden that they wiped preds name out of existence? That doesn't make sense to me regardless of a fandual deal

On the Class action. I hope you know TacticalRab that terms and conditions aren’t an all in all protection. A ruling can definitely override anything put in the terms and conditions. Now am I saying that the class action would go anywhere? No, as I haven’t studied enough on that. What I can say is as someone that went to business school and took business law classes those terms and conditions provide some protection to the company but no guaranteed protection. It would basically be the first wall but definitely breakable

This dude complaining about shadowbans when im pretty confident its not as bad as mw2. In mw2 all people needed to do was spam report not because they think u might actually be cheating no just ppl with nothing better to do and spam report people. (Had players openly say it in coms all of mw2 just spam report get them banned.) While in the shadow banned lobbies I had hackers tell me they dont use it in those lobbies unless someone else is cheating because they would be less likely get banned and get out of the shadowban lobbies.
