As a Huky owner and roaster, I just wanna chime in to say this is an excellent roaster for anyone looking for a solid 1lb home roaster, or a profiling capable sample roaster, or even a super small production roaster. Ive been super happy with mine over the years. The Huky is super reliable and can handle whatever you throw at it
