@@billblaski9523 about a decade ago, the Foreman Grill released the Evolve Grill which had a bunch of removable plates. admittedly it didn't have the dual heating control (that is pretty awesome), but it did have the floating hinge. You could change out the plates easily between a grill, waffle maker, skillet, dish pan (for baking), omelette maker, and meatball slider maker but this was a decade ago and I went to look it up and it's discontinued. I think Shaq is sponsoring a smokeless grill now. You could look into that

Because I'm bored, I looked this up. There is a Foreman grill that works similar to this Hogan Ultimate Grill. It's called the Evolve model. It is close to being the same thing, except the Hogan Ultimate grill was definitely way bigger, and you could make pizza with the ultimate grill. You can't with the Foreman Evolve. Still, if you want something like this the Foreman Evolve is prob your best bet
