Is dr.octopus or hulk the better option for building?

Depends what your goals are. If you want a pure PvE character which has unique T4 skill and is good in ABX/ABL/GBR/WBL, then Dr Octopus is better. Hulk is better in ABX and in PvP - he is also more flexible as he can use most of the CTPs, depending on how you want to use him. Dr.Octopus can only use Rage.

@@MalkothMFF Thanks, I'll probably go dr. Octopus than once im done with my current tier 4 since rage is the only ctp I have one spare and im mainly focusing abx and abl atm.

@@huibfransen5265 You can build hulk without a ctp. A hp obelisk works just fine, not saying you shouldn't build doc ock just letting you know hulk doesn't need a ctp

Hello, im alex, i recently upgraded hulk to T4 and also bought his uniform, i have mini rage obelisk on him with 0,8% of 1% of crip rate proc ,also with 21% max HP and 21% ignore dodge stats, i have rage on iron man(T4) and he scores 10 million on abx while hulk scored 12,8 million on abx (both had shuri and valkiry support), i was thinking maybe it would be good idea to take rage from iron man and give it to hulk and i wanted your opinion on it, also if i should not give hulk rage then which character would you recommend me of to give ctp of rage to to later take them on T4, thank you in advance and i love the great work you do for the MFF players❤️ID: AgentDeadSky203

Hey, thanks for the comment. I took a look at your account. Ironman is not meta character in ABX or ABL - if you want your hulk to be as powerful as possible in ABX/ABL, he should get the rage. Be warned tho, Ironman will be much weaker without Rage, while hulk can be good with obelisk/ctp of refinement/regen.
