Because this IP have differents owners, Radical Games the same one who did Prototype made this game, sadly Radical Entertainment was shut down some time after Prototype 2 so this Game like many others are in the Limbo, the IP of Hulk is own by Universal, but this game this IP game is own by Activision so yeah, they have to Call to make a Remastered of this game.
