I figured it out, you get a Dominion if the 3rd main scheme completes.

You got it. I'm thinking if I rematch, a leadership approach is the way to go. And also less cat attack on the table! Though I do justify to myself that Kang is a 3 stage villain, if he was a normal 2 stage Hulk would have won. 😃
