Honestly, he wouldn't need World Breaker because World War Hulk (the amount of rage he was in before World Breaker) would have been enough to stomp Kratos the same way he stomped most of the Marvel powerhouses. This was definitely the weaker one, it's just weird that he had the gladiator armor on when it's regular Hulk.
