It depends on the age of your server. All servers will eventually get all the heroes at some point

Can you test replace hosk with theia? I can push Maggrat to 5551 now , i don't know will it better than my 5351 lily or not , can you test this combo?

Account strengths are different you will have to test and find out yourself. 5551 maggrat is an excellent investment
