The Chieftain IRL is my second most favorite tank of all time. Great in down tiers, but it doesn't do too hot against HEAT

The Chieftains in game are done a little bit dirty, both should have modifications for laser rangefinders as the Mk3/3 upfit in 1969 replaced the ranging gun with a RLD. The Mk5 was upfitted with laser rangefinders (Mk5/L) less than a year into its service life and could fire apfsds (Mk5/4) as well. The Khalid, probably my favourite MBT in the entire game is essentially just an export Chieftain Mk5/4 with a more powerful Rolls Royce engine. Minor gripes aside I love them though. I think the Chieftain is the coolest looking cold war tank.

The chieftain used to be my favourite tank to play. But i haven't played it in years now its just been left so far behind by uts contemporaries. Maybe if gaijin would finally give it an LRF and togs, like they had irl then they would be pretty decent again.

Can you play the Tiger two (SLA 16) if you have an aced crew on it you can play it like a medium tank making it a nuke machine

You know what else goes with this, the scimitar and bucaneer, seemingly forgotten by gaijin, sure they dont have 5 bullpups like the a4e, but 4 is more than the a4cs 3.

You should use the Charioteer in a video, requires a fast yet methodical play style. It has some major shortcomings but from my experience the 84mm gun makes up for it completely. My highest K/D in the game is with that goofy thing.

Really like it, thr gun plus the almost light tank levels of speed makes it a joy to play. Plus i like going through thr ufp of every german tank. Oh and then annihilating enemy cas in the mk24
