Sugar 1/2 cup egg 2 Whisk 1/4 cup molk 7 tbsp oil 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp vanilla essence 4tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder Sieve dry ingredients ;mix and fold well Grease sweet dish Add batter Bake in (10 min preheated)pot at medium flame for 50-55 mins till toothpick come out clean For chocolate ganache Mix 1/4 cup whipped cream and 1/4 cup semi sweetened choco chips melt in microwave let it melt and mix Chocolate Syrup Half cup milk 2 tbsp sugar Mix2 tsp cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp coffee powder in 2 tsp water let it boil all together And sauce is ready Fresh cream 200 gm 1 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp ganache mix frosting is ready Assembling Pour chocolate syrup on cake Layer frosting Then decorate with chocolate ganache with piping bag
