I must say, This video is the most amazing thing I have ever watched. I studied Freud, Karl Marx and Modern Physics in my secular education but I have never seen anybody connect them directly to the Islamic understandings of the Day of Judgement. Mashallah Tabarakallah.

well, then you should be aware that relativity *doesn't* say energy can disappear; neither does quantum physics. he's probably talking about _useful_ energy-i.e., the progress of entropy-in the first part; in the latter instance, he's talking about the famous indeterminacy/probabilistic focus of quantum physics-of which some (notably, Bohm and to some extent Heisenberg & Penrose... and apparently Planck, which admittedly I wasn't aware of) physicists believe consciousness plays a role, but of which others (notably Schrödinger, Dirac, Bohr, and most modern physicists) do not. NAK is correct that the problem of consciousness is one of the most vexing issues in all of science, though, and we have not even sketched the first draft of a guess at a shadow of a solution. he's incorrect in interpreting Planck as saying consciousness is involved as in _design_ - that's not what any quantum physicists take from wave-function collapse, to my knowledge, except Bohm - but, perhaps surprisingly to some, the bit about some modern physicists believing that even electrons have a form of consciousness is true. for the interested, look up "Integrated Information Theory".

MashaAllah brother, yes and our Shaykh's inspiration, beautiful lecture. Hold fast onto the rope of your Creator, you are the most fortunate to be a Muslim. Why is the kafir's physics, material sciences, a one eyed donkey? Because they all start at 1001 cause (a lie) and then builds a house of card on top of it (a sick form of truth, logical but one-eyed at best). And then the bright Harvard student (sick, because it is not bright, it is the dumbest if it knew, because it can only see within the tunnel it has dug itself) pats itself to have built or proven the marvelous 1002 cause. This is the extent of human decay of knowledge today, where human has become a host body to shayatin. All parent metaphysics is in Quran, and as Shaykh points, should Muslim want to remember its own forgotten knowledge. True science, human intellect stopped when Islamic science was stopped by kafir and by the shaitan in Muslim itself. But Allah SWT's provides us all tools. Muslim can still correct the genocidal physics of today. For one, to rude awakening of Muslim, Kafir ties the 1st cause of physics or any subject to shaitan. The 2nd cause to the intrinsically powerless deities (millions of them, they get powered by the soul). Allah SWT commands Everything. Allah provides a loose leash i.e. leads those astray that wish to be led astray. While Kafir plans, but the biggest planner is Allah SWT. When the false 1000 "assumptions" of kafir falls, then what? But we are Muslim? Human is glad to delve within the grand tunnel of ignorance to fancy its ego only, and that is what western science exploits in human. But are we donkey? What are we waiting. We have to un-glorify Karl Marx, Planck the Necromancer, Newton the Magi. Muslim get your bearings. Ignoring the ignorance of false assumptions of the entire, each and every so called sick science. sick are we/I that ignore this. Kafir mocked Muslim, Islam for 500 years now. Can you not criticize the one-eyed western science? one that is powered by golems, which are powered by the donkey human itself, trillion volts soul electricity? human manifested it happily, can you not un-manifest it? I hope we are not that pathetic. And mashaAllah my Shaykh and you all are the best. We do not know our history well, we need to understand it deeply. All our Shaykhs (our past Ulema, our Caliphs) are our most dearest asset. There is no Sunni, Shai, Wahab, Sufi, we are 1 Muslim. Each are pieces of 1 whole body, that was made spread apart. Forgive each other, do not hold onto each others past mistakes, past statements. Do not belong to a particular sect. Respect them, learn from where they differ, but be all of them. Purify your Nafs, by start talking how you were yourself wrong in the past and now we formed a different opinion, and this all, by holding strongly onto the 1st cause, your Creator - Lord of the Worlds.

I truly enjoyed this episode. It aligns with an understanding I had a few months ago about everything being a witness. I was reflecting on content surrounding AI and its connection to consciousness. I came across discussions about whether AI could be considered sentient, and it led me to realize that "sentient" essentially refers to "consciousness." I then began to ponder, based on my observation of the world and my limited understanding of the Quran, that consciousness is inherently tied to purpose. Everything Allah has created, from the atoms and molecules to the birds, clouds, and skies, has a purpose. Therefore, everything possesses consciousness in its own way. It's not the lack of evidence that leads people to disbelieve in Allah; it's an injustice they commit against themselves. They choose to deny Allah's existence, despite the overwhelming signs of creation all around them. This reminds me of the verse in the Quran where Allah says He does not guide those who are unjust. If people were just, they would realize that Allah is real and the Creator of everything. It's ironic how people deny the unseen when we experience unseen things like the wind daily. Could you imagine if people suddenly said they don't believe in the wind, even though we feel its breeze constantly? The truth is undeniable when we open our hearts to reflect on it.

It’s my third time rewatching this after its release two days ago. I must say, scholars of Islam should strive to approach like this. I see many muslim friends around me (I am muslim too) not engaging in any logical debate, conversation, discussion, not giving a chance to videos like this. We as an umma should bring forward people like this, should watch, take notes, integrate scholarly approach like this inti our daily thinking and speak with depth like this if not more. Yes Allah (swt) commanded us to believe, and we do, but not blindly, not just believing, when a person like this speaks he has no need to prove himself or his beliefs right in front of others specially for those muslims living in western countries like myself, we will receive the respect and humility we deserve once we have enough logic and compassion and science (ilm) in our speech. This is one of the discussions I paid a lot of attention to because it speaks to my "ideals". I am very idealistic. I suppose I never understood what ideals really are and how one struggles to meet them. And as I get more frustrated with world events and upset with Ummah and it's leaders and myself all in one I realized my fitrah was never being satisfied. The ideal life is Islamic life period. As long as we are trying to meet those ideals we should thrive. I have been understanding some wisdom in Allah's rules a lot more now then ever. Every rule Allah says benefits ourselves if we only listened. How simple is that ideal yet the most difficult to accomplish and yet, it doesn't have to be. We complicated it ourselves.

I have benefitted from Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan's content for decades now. This is a wonderful prelude into this surah and I welcome the tangent into different ideals. However, it's really important to delve deeply if commentiong on content especially ones like the Theory of Relativity which is not understood by most layman. No part of that theory implies energy can become 'nothing' or vanish - in fact, the one thing that everyone associates with that theory is e=mc(squared) which is about conservation of energy. Energy can be transformed but remains conserved within a closed system. Accordingly, even if a particle is destroyed by its corresponding anti particle, the resulting energy (photons) still exists - thereby conserving energy. Prior to this theory, the conservation of mass and conservation of energy were considered separate principles. Theory of Relativity unified them. This comment is written with the intention of elaborating/carifying on what ustadh said about the Theory of Relativity. Some scientists have inferred there is a 'conscious' universe based on metaphysics and the interconnectedness of everything. Is usthad Nouma now in Stuttgart. I would love to come such a dream but from 7pm to 10pm it’s very late and I live 1 an half our from Stuttgart. What’s a pity. AlhamduliLLAH there is all on KZbin but live attendance is surely an unforgettable journey with him through the Quran. May ALLAH bless his efforts and team and grant them the best in this life and next. Through his efforts I gain a deeper knowledge of the Quran and get to learn my LORD and his attributes and connect with his devine message
