Human fake witness to god and messenger

The meaning of the shahada is "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah". Where in essence humans are only witnesses to the reality of God and there is no God but Allah. And be a witness that Muhammad SAW is the messenger.
Is human testimony true testimony?, or is it just a false witness, where the testimony does not truly witness and does not truly see the reality of God and his messenger?
