Great version ranks in my top 10 now of mixes of this song but I prefer the released version known as 'Blank & Jones so80s Monster Mix'. You need to check out that mix for it super hot. Thanks for doing your version.

Good version, but it pales in comparison to a one of a kind version I have, made my one of the best DJ's at the time. I was in the club one night, and was dancing to this song, in the 1980's of course. The DJ was playing the song, and it was just the regular album version, but all of a sudden he repeated the vocal, but with EVERY OTHER LINE of male switching to female, dead on cue. It was absolutely incredible how well they lined up. For example. "You were working as a waitress in a cocktail bar, when I met you." Then, the flipped to the female, dead on on cue: "I was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar, that much is true." Then, back to male "I picked you out I shook you up and turned you around, turned you into someone new." "But even then I knew I'd find a much better place, either with or without you." And so on. He continued on with this for the entire main vocals, and used the regular chorus. Absolutely, hands down, the BEST version ever, made on a cassette tape, before CD's were even invented, and it's KICK ASS! I wish a dj would make a version like that, just using the main version, and keeping it clean and extend the intro and such. My friend DJ just used two copies of the single version and two turntables. He was incredible at what he could do, and when he did this, it showed me what a real DJ was all about...when mixing truly an art, not mastered by many on vinyl.
