Human management theory give emphasis that not only economic factors are enough for working in any administration but social factors are also played important role in that . Social factors like maintainance of their relation with manager and other worker . It fulfill the things that remains in the scientific management which purely focused on the economic factors only .

Pros of human management theory ...it focused on the human factors also not only of economic factors . Minus ..ir leads to focused on social fact8rs ehich impactvthe ecomomic and productivity . No ecomomic incentives provides due to ficuising on social factors and take work from them .
