Btw...I think a big part os culture is SES. Socioeconomic Status. Money is a big factor of one's culture because of the opportunities and networks that so often arise within people who govern the money.

For your first question, Nature and Nurture is different. You can be born a specific way (Nature) but the way that you're nurtured (altered by parents or people you grow up with) isn't the same.
